ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

As an Assistant Project Manager, Clay is passionate about bringing ideas to life and keeping things running smoothly. Before joining the team, he honed his skills in the world of business development with the City of Lynchburg's Office of Economic Development and Tourism. His time there taught him the ins and outs of supporting local businesses and fostering growth within our community. Clay is a graduate of Liberty University, where he earned both his Bachelor's degree in Business Economics (2018) and an MBA (2020). When not in the office, you can usually find Clay spending time with his wife, Haylynn, and their dog, Lilli. They love exploring their neighborhood together, gardening, taking long walks, and cheering on the Hillcats!
