L.G. Flint General Contractors, a reputable and established construction company serving the Lynchburg area for over 70 years, is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Equipment Operator.
In this versatile role, you'll play a key part in our site work operations, utilizing our company-owned mini-excavators and skid steers for various tasks. When equipment needs are lighter, you'll also contribute to our residential and commercial projects by assisting our skilled carpentry teams with essential support tasks.
We're looking for someone who:
Has some experience operating small to medium-sized equipment (mini-excavators, skid steers preferred).
Ideally has a background or interest in landscaping or site work.
Is a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Is reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
Is eager to learn and contribute to a variety of tasks.
